Your invitation to gather for an hour in sacred space. I will support you to reconnect to your soft feminine body, mindful breath and inner heart fire. This is a lovely opportunity to honour your body with gentle embodied movement meditation and working with the symbol of infinity.
What do you need to on the night?
Please have two stones for the circle- that easily fit in the palm of your hand and your own candle to mark your circle space at home. Allow yourself time in a place where you won't be disturbed, be comfortable in loose clothing and be open to receive in a safe and guided space.
