Please feel free to get in touch if you wish to request information and pictures for articles, interviews or any other enquiries regarding copyright.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All orders are sent via Royal Mail signed and tracked and include packaging.

Europe £10.00

International  £14.00

For UK and International Shipping please allow up to 10 days delivery within the UK. Mostly they will arrive a lot quicker but do contact Charlotte if you are in a hurry for your purchase to arrive. For International Shipping please allow up to 28 days.

 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Charlotte is confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not, please return your item within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are your responsibility and items should be sent tracked and signed.

The purchase should be returned in perfect condition, with all packaging and certificate in tact, along with proof of purchase. Charlotte will happily exchange items purchased in store for an equivalent online store credit code.

Every care is taken to package your purchase and fully protect it during transit. Refunds are not given unless your print arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact Charlotte at hello@charlottejanekessler.co.uk to discuss any problems. Once Charlotte receives the item at the return address a full refund for the cost of the print will be offered.
