Sacred Circles with the spirit of cacao
I’q’ Cacao helps us open our hearts and supports us in connecting with mother earth, all the elements of this existence and with each other. I feel honored to be holding these circles in our community and to bring her medicine to you in a sacred space.
“I’q Cacao”, (pronounced Ish), as known, cultivated, and protected by the indigenous Guatemalan people, is a feminine force, a most revered and sacred plant ally. She is a powerful yet gentle medicine for these times.
All are welcome here to gather with her spirit as our vessel and guide.
Each circle gathering is an opportunity to invite and honor your whole self and allow integration. These circles are a place to land, rest, and receive. There is nourishment from the guidance, the cacao, and others present in the circle.
Like a Russian Doll holding a smaller doll within, a container is created with each element, through ritual components and intention.
With guided relaxation and grounding meditations as well as guided visualisations inspired by a monthly theme. Each circle supports your inquiry, creating medicine and uncovering elements of your own innate wisdom.
