Meditation Monday aims to connect you to your “Mmm” right at the start of the week.

Join me via Live Zoom for a meditation and body relaxation session every Monday evening at 8.15 pm until 9 pm.

What do you need to join?

There is nothing to do other than allow yourself time in a place where you won't be disturbed, be comfortable in loose clothing and be open to receive in a safe and guided space.
