Sanctuary Circle

You are warmly invited to join me and an intimate group of like-minded women each month, for a temple-kind of space I call “Sanctuary Circle”.

These gatherings offer a safe and nourishing space, with themes, guided meditations, and creative practices that support your enquiry, embodiment, and transformation.

After the facilitated workshop finishes, you’re invited to stay within the imbued space for a while, soaking up the collective vibes. This is a unique opportunity for bonding and gentle integration.

We spend time in nature, opening our senses, and filling our energetic cups to restore our spirit, or during the winter months we are homing at The Beauty Barn in Fillingham, Lincolnshire.

We honour the elements, earth, and the more than human world.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited and for the preparation of cacao and materials.

Thank you so much for connecting with me on this journey of gratitude, ceremony, and celebration in life!

Cacao for healing and health

Cacao helps us connect with our hearts and expands our humanity!

Nourishing us on many levels; our bodies, spirit, and minds.

I share ceremonial, which is handmade and fair trade cacao, with recipes passed down from a lineage of the guardians of Cacao.

I spent time learning from the cacao guardians who live in Guatemala and who wish to teach and protect their lineage of Iq’ Cacao, (pronounced “Ish” Cacao,) meaning“feminine”.

Cacao has amazing health benefits and helps us expand our hearts and blood flow. It contains small amounts of caffeine and offers a complex chemical alchemical impact on our bodies when consumed. Minerals, antioxidants, and nutrients help relax mood and muscles, as well as helping to alleviate stress. Drinking cacao releases dopamine into our system as well as serotonin.

The only contraindication for long-term cacao use is if you are pregnant or taking medication for depression.

So feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

The ceremonial cacao I source supports farmers and the community of women who work in the harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and paste-making process, mainly in Guatemala and Ecuador. I share ethically sourced ceremonial Grade cacao, from sustainable organic farms.
